June Seminar: From Healing to Thriving Indigenous Futures Across the Lifecourse

We're excited to have Dr Lorelle Holland present our June seminar!

This seminar marks a moment of transition—from PhD completion to future‑focused Indigenous health research leadership. Drawing on her doctoral research, Dr Lorelle Holland reflects on how Indigenous health research can move beyond managing harm toward community‑led pathways that support thrivance across the lifecourse.

Introducing the Transformative Healing and Adungadoo Pathways framework, she explores how Indigenous knowledges, sovereignty, and community voices inform responses to children’s complex support needs, with implications across health, justice, law, education, and community development. The seminar concludes by outlining future research directions grounded in Indigenous community‑led practices.
